The system proposes whoever has fetched least over the past 30 days. You can edit the list before confirming it.

How it works
The day runs in four steps
The kitchen stays out of the system — they keep getting a plain-text summary in Telegram.
The coordinator opens the menu
They pick dishes from the catalogue, or hit "copy yesterday". They set the cutoff hour and whether cash is accepted.
Staff place their orders
In Telegram they pick a dish and a quantity, then pay: transfer to the card and upload the receipt, or choose cash.
The menu closes, the summary goes out
At the cutoff, ordering stops. The coordinator copies the finished summary and sends it to the kitchen.
Fetch and hand out
The system proposes fetchers and sends each of them a personal list. Once the food arrives, everyone gets a "Ready" notification.

Frequently asked questions
Does the kitchen have to join the system too?
No. The kitchen keeps receiving a plain-text summary in Telegram, exactly as today. Only your side changes.
Do employees need to register?
No. They sign in with their Telegram account — no password, no separate sign-up. On the first visit the app asks for a name once.
How is payment verified?
After transferring to the card you upload a screenshot of the receipt. The order joins the summary immediately — it does not wait for the coordinator. The review happens later and exists only to catch abuse.
Can people pay in cash?
Only if the coordinator enabled cash for that day. They confirm it by hand — only they know the money actually arrived.
Can an order be cancelled, or a receipt re-uploaded?
Yes — an order can be cancelled while the menu is still open. If a receipt is rejected, the bot says so and offers an upload button.
Where is the data stored?
All of it on your own server. Receipt screenshots live on a private disk and cannot be reached from outside.
Which languages are supported?
Uzbek, Russian and English. The language follows your Telegram settings and can also be switched inside the app.
